More about Sarah
I am a highly experienced Registered Dietitian with over 20 years of NHS practice, supporting people through some of the most complex and emotionally demanding stages of their health journey. My work has spanned surgical care, gastroenterology, and stroke rehabilitation, as well as extensive experience in mental health, learning disabilities, and eating disorders with both adults and young people. These experiences have shown me just how overwhelming it can feel when food becomes confusing, stressful, or tangled up with emotion – and how transformative the right support can be.
I am passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based advice that is tailored to each client in a holistic and person-centred way.

My Story
Sports, health, fitness, and the outdoors have been lifelong passions that have shaped both my personal values and professional journey. These interests inspired me to pursue a career in nutrition and dietetics, where wellbeing remains at the core of my work. For over 30 years, I have played hockey and cared for horses, experiences that have deepened my appreciation for the importance of dedicating time to the activities you love. Horses, in particular, have provided me with a source of calm and resilience, helping me navigate stress and challenging moments. Their intuitive nature and ability to foster presence in the moment motivated me to gain further qualifications in equine-assisted services, enabling me to share the healing power of horses with my dietetic clients.
